The movie in question was released in 1954, although I am not that old, mind you. As all Christmas movies, this one also features a lot of singing and celebrates dancing – because the best things happen while you’re dancing.

The main characters are played by two beautiful blonde ladies and two very famous men. The main theme from the movie was composed 3 years before the movie release and is still very popular on Christmas playlists. It was sold in more than 100 million copies. Author of the music in this musical has the last name that matches the name of the Germany’s capital.

Title of the movie reflects the main feature of winter and describes the Christmas at it best. Need I say more? OK. One of the two female characters is the aunt of one the Hollywood’s biggest heart breakers ever, still acting today.
