26.1 Underage Gambling
- If we have reason to believe, or receive confirmation, that you are currently under 18 years old (or below
the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) or were underage at the time you placed bets using our
Service, your account will be suspended (locked) to prevent further betting or withdrawals.
- We will then conduct an investigation to determine whether you have been gambling underage or acting on
behalf of someone who is under 18 (or below the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If it is
confirmed that you:
- are currently underage;
- were underage at the time you placed bets; or
- have placed bets on behalf of someone underage,
- then the following actions will be taken:
- Any winnings currently in your account or pending to be credited will be forfeited.
- All winnings obtained while underage must be repaid to us upon request. If you fail to comply, we will
take the necessary steps to recover these funds, including legal action if required.
- Non-winnings deposits in your account may either be refunded to you or held until you reach the legal
age of gambling, at our sole discretion. Any applicable transaction fees, including deposit processing
costs covered by us, may be deducted before a refund is issued.
26.2 Gambling in Restricted Jurisdictions
- These rules also apply if you are over 18 but are gambling from a jurisdiction where the legal betting age
is higher than 18, and you are below that legal minimum age.
26.3 Fraudulent Use
- If we suspect a violation of these terms or believe they are being exploited for fraudulent purposes, we
reserve the right to take necessary action, including conducting a full investigation and notifying relevant
law enforcement agencies.
